MasTec Advanced Technologies Technician Assistant - Part Time in SPOKANE, Washington
Overview
MasTec Advanced Technologies is hiring for a Part Time Technician Assistant for our Home Installation Service group and partnership with Best Buy.
You will learn and understand different Smart Home solutions and provide quality service while installing an array of products to residential customers.
If you have the skills to perform all phases of installation including: TV mounts, sound bars, speakers and smart home products such as door locks, video doorbells and smart thermostats, this job is for you!
Your expertise will be center stage every time you interact with a customer. You’ll recommend the best technologies to meet the customer’s needs and you’ll make sure everything is set up right, right from the start.

Pay: $12 - $18 per hour
What we require:
Essential function of the job requires you to climb ladders. You must be able to meet manufacturer’s safety requirements on equipment used. Candidate’s body weight + 25 lbs of tools/equipment must not exceed 375 pounds.
Be able to lift 75 pounds and climb ladders up to 28 feet
Work could be performed in environments that are not heated or air conditioned, and work may be inside or outside, not dependent of weather
Work could require kneeling, crawling, bending or other positions that may be uncomfortable
Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, criminal background check and MVR (driving record) check
Be able to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends or evenings
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures in this safety-sensitive role
